The TV was a gift and has been thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient. Definitely recommend the TV! VERY light, great picture, great sound!
I was not pleased, however, with the experience. I have bought off Amazon hundreds of times and always had a great experience! This time, Im afraid, was not the same. I ordered the TV 10 days before Christmas and it arrived a week after Christmas (which isnt fun when it is a present). It was impossible for me to get in touch with the shipping company. I tried calling several times and emailing with no response! They finally called my house phone to set up a time (an 8 hour window of time I had to be home on a weekday) and when they showed up it was only curb delivery- which was not stated anywhere! We had about 8 inches of snow on the ground and I was at home by myself with a one year old leaving me unable to carry the huge box inside until someone else got home. I thought I was making it easier on myself by having it delivered with “free shipping”, but looking back would just go to the store so I could guarantee arrival before Christmas and would have someone with me to bring it inside the house.
